  • Workshop:
    • Title: Hands-On Solana: Wallets, Blocks & Data
    • Presenters: Gui Bibeau
    • Description: In this hands-on workshop, you’ll set up your Solana dev environment, explore your first wallet, and learn how to query on-chain data like balances and transactions. No heavy jargon — just a fun intro to working with real blockchain data.
  • Prize:
    • Challenge: Most Creative Solana MCP
    • Description: Build the most imaginative MCP (Model Context Protocol) tool that makes Solana come alive for AI agents. MCP lets LLMs call external tools — and Solana’s high-speed DeFi and data-rich ecosystem is the perfect playground. This track is about showing what happens when AI agents can think and Solana can act.
      • Problem Statement: Solana has powerful protocols — trading, lending, staking, NFTs — but most of them are locked behind SDKs and jargon. MCP is a way to make those capabilities AI-native, so agents can query data, test ideas, and even execute strategies safely.
      • The challenge: what’s the most creative Solana-powered MCP tool you can build
      • Perps Co-Pilot: MCP tools for placing, closing, and managing perpetual futures positions. Let an AI “quant assistant” monitor funding rates and explain when it makes sense to hedge or arbitrage.
      • Strategy Sandbox: MCP tools that fetch market data (prices, order books, funding) and let an LLM simulate simple strategies before execution. E.g. “What would a 50/50 SOL/USDC rebalance look like if run daily over the past 30 days?”
      • Wallet & Risk Guard: A conversational MCP tool that explains transactions in plain English and sets lightweight guardrails (“don’t spend more than 5% of balance per trade”).
    • Judging Criteria:
      • Creativity: Does it expose Solana in a new, fun, or powerful way through MCP?
      • Utility: Would AI agents or devs actually find it useful for DeFi, trading, or analytics
      • MCP Integration Quality: Is it structured, clean, and easy for an LLM to consume?
      • Safety: Are there simple safeguards so the agent doesn’t misfire or overspend?
      • Clarity: Does the MCP tool make Solana feel more accessible, not more complex?
    • Additional Notes:
      • $2,500 for First Place
      • $1,500 for Second Place
      • $1,000 for Third Place
